Our super smooth and light-weight baselayers have been designed specially for severe eczema and psoriasis sufferers. Our underwear range is made from super smooth Tepso® fibres, reducing the friction between skin and fabric and minimising the risk of skin irritation.

Designed with external and enclosed seams for maximum comfort and minimum irritation, our eczema baselayers are as frictionless as possible, smoother even than silk. Labels are keep to the minimum and are both located on the outside of all our garments and easily removable.

As well as being super smooth, Tepso® fibres are also very dense so they don't absorb creams and ointments. This both ensures that creams are absorbed by the skin rather than the fabric and means that our eczema underwear wash really well, even at low temperatures. These dense fibres also inhibit microbial activity, reducing the risk of infections.
