Refund policy

We are always happy to refund or exchange unwashed and unused items that are in a resalable condition. Please do not wash items or remove the hygiene seal until you have checked sizing. Unless there is a fault we will not be able to refund items if the hygiene seal has been removed. 

Faulty items

In the case of a faulty item, please contact us with a photo of the fault before returning the item to us. You can get in touch with us either via email on tepso@scratchsleeves.co.uk or call us on 01962 890210 during our office hours (10.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday). 

How to exchange items

If you wish to exchange for a different item, either email us on tepso@scratchsleeves.co.uk or call us on 01962 890210 during our office hours (10.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday) to arrange the return. We will typically be able to send a returns envelope with the replacement item. We may ask for a photo of the original item to confirm that it is in a resalable condition, with the hygiene seal still attached.

How to return items

If you just wish to return your item for a refund. Please contact us prior to sending the item back to us so we can provide you with a return reference. We may ask for a photo of the item to confirm that it is in a resalable condition and has the hygiene seal still attached. We will refund the return postage (regular 2nd class mail only) when the item arrives back with us. Please do not use a signed for service as we aren’t always available to take delivery.  

We will make the refund directly to the payment card or PayPal account used to place the original order. Refunds will be made within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.

As our card payment provider limits refunds to the value of the original payment, if you paid by card we may need to ask you for additional details in order to refund postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
